My shitbox 2003 avalon will not die, it has 200k miles on it, what should I do? I have $60k in a brokerage ready to drop on a new vehicle the moment it gets totaled or dies out on me, but so far it still running smooth and repairs have been cheap.What would you guys do in this situation?

There's enough low-mileage engines and transmissions sitting around junkyards to keep you on the road in your autism chariot for another 20 years easily. You've probably got another 100k miles left to go before your mechanic would even bring up "hey anon I think you need a new engine/tranny".Stay the course.If you fancy yourself a finance guy, keep in mind that literally every expense goes up dramatically with a new car of any make but especially something like a mercedes. Your insurance will go up, your repairs will go up dramatically, even regular maintenance like oil changes will be eye-poppingly expensive if you're not doing them yourself. Tires are more expensive, the battery is more expensive.(You) are not interested in cars, so why spend money as if you are?
