For the record: no matter the drivetrain, you want your tires to take the torque if you try to do this shit (spin tires intentionally).If your tires are really sticky or you have real AWD, there's a chance the transmission will take the forces instead of spinning the tires because they have so much grip. You want the tires to take impulse torque and spin it off, not the transmission where it ruins your clutch or gears.
