as driving machines they’re pretty much without peer. No other country has consistently got the lightweight, high BHP/ton combination thing right. They’re the only country still making performance cars without driver aids and there’s a reason that so many motorsport teams around the world base themselves there or have their chassis, gearboxes and engines made in the UKAs an ownership proposition for a car you use to do stuff like get to work, then that isn’t a good idea
