It's over for you, truckcels. The big boys have entered the automotive market.
is it real?does it have a diesel?
>>28902987how are you not able to recognize obvious AI slop in 2026
>>28902987it's really real.it's pretty controversial that they managed to make a truck that looks ai generated in real life but they pulled it off.
>>28903006>>28903007so it is an aislop render of an f-150 with cat logos, or it isn't?honestly digitally edited "spy photos" in car magazines well predate the current ai hysteria car magz in the 90s were using photoshop and creating mockups based on designs that had saw but weren't allowed to photograph
>>28903011dude
>>28903015im lost, help
>>28902985Looks okay, but I would rather have the old cat pick-up.
>>28902985It's crazy that AI sloppa tricked a million retards
>>28903011https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uo3wUy8I9_8it's just an F-350 with body kit
>>28903022Nice, I'd prefer it as a 4-door cab
>>28902985>botch a ford>somehow its an improvement
>>28902985That’s not a big truggTHIS is a big trugg
>>28902985Isn't it a rebadged ford? I assume the people who will buy this have never operated cat hme
>>28903443From this image i can tell the reason this happened is the bundle wall was not high enough, Bund wall by law should be 1.5m or half the height of the wheels of the largest machine on site. Those Bund walls are speed bumps.
>>28903457Yeah the requirement here was half tire height so 5 feet in this instance. However, that’s truck backed too close to the coal grizzly and the bank partially collapsed and it continue to slide backwards. It was pulled out by another 785 and dozer
>>28903476On a live face? Always assume dump trucks will be as retarded as possible
>>28903482No, coal grizzly that goes to a conveyer and sends coal to a power plant.
>>28903499The grizzly is past cv1 and cv2 where i work and 5hat would be considered a live face, so they are feeding the plant directly where they tip off?
>Not KubotaA shit.
>>28903538Yes, it was a mine-to-mouth coal mine and coal plant complex
>>28903809Overkill that you?
>>28902985There’s a retard at my work that falls for it every time some no name “automotive media outlet” runs a story about Cat possibly working on a truck and acts like it’s going to fix the market and might give the big three a run for their money blah blah blah. Good to see the same shit happens here
>>28902985>The big boys have entered the automotive market. They tried that already and people weren't that interested. Now they're just "collector" trucks with bad/dried out seals, seized and rusted airlines and internally damaged DT66s (coolant pitting the internals, condensation in the diesel, etc) because the owners never drove them. Then they just idled them once a month, which is even worse. They did all the things diesel engines hate but then try to claim 'but it has low miles!'
>>28902985Greta is rolling over in her yacht.
>>28903077F-450 from what I've read. I really don't get it though, Cat is clearly pitching it as a vehicle for big heavy-duty users, mines and large-scale construction projects and so on, but from what I've seen they don't actually use this size class of truck much, it's either F-250 and down for basic utility trucks, or F-550 and up for service trucks, boom trucks, and stuff like that. What I actually think could be a hit for Cat is getting Ford to let them sell a rebranded Ranger Super Duty in the US. There's actually big demand for compact utility trucks in the earthmoving world, you see a lot of those little Mahindra Jeeps, regular midsize trucks, some mines even import 70 series LCs, and now you've got that company making a single cab flatbed Gladiator for those users. Ford's already done the development for the SD Ranger and if Cat could offer it in the US, especially the extended or single cab, I think mines etc. would snap them up, and they'd probably sell a bunch to overland types as well like they already are in Australia.
