For a given power level, a larger engine is less stressed and will generally last longer. Midwits confuse and conflate racing regulations, government regulations, comparing turbo to NA, and other such variables when forming their cope arguments. More power stroke pulses do contribute to more power but simply because more cylinder = smoother spin = higher rpm ceiling = mo powa. The only real limit is volumetric efficiency in rpm range optimization, increasing area of torque in the power curve, and last boost for 100%+ volumetric efficiency (boost has the flaw of lag, sure you can use boost to build more power but big dick displacement can just out punch boost, by the time the turbos spool, the big NA motor is already gone, lag sucks and boost is overrated, big dickplacement NA motor is the way to go, only reason for turdbo is to have power while fitting into gay emissions regulations)
