Thinking of getting a Mustang GT. Had a V8 in my old Jeep Cherokee that was custom put in by the previous owner and I miss it a lot (currently driving a v6 Wrangler).

I spent thousands of dollars on multiple different systems and it's just a dogshit exhaust tone. I had one, I think it was MBRP, that sounded really good as long as you kept it under like 3.5-4k rpm so I had to short shift everywhere and it was pretty miserable being so slow

That gives deep low bassy tone without tin can rasp. And it does bleating brapping vicious howl at high-RPM because these new Coyotays rev to ~8K.I did a Muffy D (muffler delete) and it sounded good, but too loud, too much drone. Then switched to Roush axle-backs (just mufflers basically) and it was perfect.The OEM active asshuast is essentially a toggle-able Muffalo D. Open mode bypasses the mufflers in a path that goes straight through the muffler. Closed mode routes the gas through the muffling chambers.
