Please fix my car. 2001 Subaru Legacy. It's an AWD car.Steering wheel has slight wobble matching frequency of wheel at >50mph and only when turning.Ball joints are good. Passenger side front CV axle has slight rotational play, maybe <5 degrees. Tires are getting low on tread; plan to replace them this year.Is it just that my wheels are unbalance? Or is it something else.Also related or unrelated; when I turn the steering wheel close to it's limits something starts whining. This is noticeable at complete stop and at low speeds. Can't tell if it's happening at high speeds. Steering fluid is at the same level it's been at for the past 3 years.
