Every morning at 0400 he fires that thing up and it snaps and crackles like those engines do until it settles down to an idle. Then when he leaves about 0415 it's it's popopopoopop! until the rpm's get up a bit and the pops turn to snaps. then it upshifts and the noise process starts over until he's out of earshot. Saw a gaggle of neighbors talking to him one evening but nothing came of it. Wonder is that he hasn't been burned out yet.
