look into how much it costs to cryo treat your rotors then compare it with how many rotors you buy. cryo treating will increase their longevity by 3-5x
you can also do this for pretty much anything metal subject to wear and tear - camshafts, drill bits, even razor blades and sewing needles. just make sure you do it AFTER any machine work because it'll make it much harder to work with.

Kek that's the irony of it all, these econo cuckoo Honda accords and camrees will come with 19 inch donks ad dinky little 12.3 inch brake rotors, which you could definitely fit inside a 17 inch wheel with some sidewall to it, or maybe even a 16 inch steelers, which would be ideal for an economy car.

I have a very old 3500lb car with my fatass in it with 11.1 inch rotors and rear drums and there's still no problems, I can make my pads smoke from beating on em and get the rotor to glow a dark red at night and it's still braking smooth, you have got to be ignoring what the pedal is telling you as well as your nose that is probably smelling all kinds of nastiness which is telling you to chill out with the braking.

late model camrys absolutely can fit 16 inch steelies over them. i got the v6 model and it just fits. i was able to go from 19" 45 profile to to 16" 65 profile and the speedo only shows you going slightly faster than you actually are. potholes are a meme now and tyres are even cheaper.

Based steelies, it's really a shame you can't get a Honda Accord or Camry brand new with 16 inch steelies because that's really the car people want, something big and nice and efficient, but doesn't shatter the wheel if you hit something in the road or a pothole, a steelie is great, at worst you put a bend in the wheel that can be hammered out, or just replace the steelie for less than $100, it just doesn't make sense how upmarket these fuel efficient cars are going, I don't think someone trying to save money at the pump is gonna be happy when they have $2000+ worth of LED headlights up front and $2,000 worth of alloy wheels, which are not only gonna chap your ass when it breaks, but will break your heart when it gets fucking stolen by nigs.

you already can, kind of. disc conversion kits for old cars are everywhere. there's even one shop in the US that sells race-ready drum shoes, they have really good fade resistance, but they're super expensive.
