Are noise complaints from homes near race tracks ever valid?
https://youtu.be/OYSCdPgkBCg?t=306

Especially famous race tracks like Daytona, Laguna Seca, and Tsukuba?

>Retard wants home
>Retard buys home near loud thing
>"Wow it is really loud here, that loud thing should be shut down!"
It is the same with dipshits who buy homes near airports or train tracks. What is funny though with Laguna Seca some YT channel went around and interviewed residents and most people said they had no issue with the track. My theory is it is investment firms or real estate fags wanting to pressure the track owners into selling their land.

>investment firms or real estate fags
Scum of society, for reasons having nothing to do with the race tracks. They should all be rounded up and shot.

The solution: incentivize deaf neighborhoods to be where all the noise is.

Give a tax credit or outright rate drop to legally deaf property buyers / deaf assistance center / nursing homes for the deaf.

>You help the disabled
>You help the track stay alive forever thanks to total NIMBY annihilation (they're deaf, they'll just think it's a distant river)
>it'll incentivize retard buyers to go elsewhere because they'll get fed up interacting with the deaf bc they talk too fast and high pitched in casual interactions
>Track gets to lift 90% of exhaust limitations now because no one cares outside the track about the noise

Only if you lived there before the track was active.
So no. These cunts need to hear the sounds of cars or the sound of a gun pressed against their head.

OK, here's a good one
My local track, as an extra revenue stream, opened an MX track on their land. Thus proceeded endless RINGADINGDING and chainsaw noise for 8 hrs a day every weekend. That shit fucking sucked, especially when trying to watch a race on the original track and all you can hear are dirtbikes banging off the limiter all day. So the whole deal got shut down, and re- opened with much stricter noise controls on the road circuit and no MX track. Unfair on everyone, but I can empathise with why it had to be that way.

They are never valid
Picture this, only Fia approved race track in poland that was built in 1977 is getting noise complaints from fags that built around it
Track itself was away from the city,In a field so of course house developer cartel bought out the land over the years and now the lemmings are bitching
There are people in this world who will move to the countryside and launch a complaint because local farmers use shit as fertiliser and it stinks
Far as Im concerned those idiots should be shot in the back of the head
