Every job to do with shit like this wants like 10 years experience so how do you become a tonka driver?
Drive a Tonka for 10 years.
You start as the sign holder or manual shovel guy for a while. Then once you do that long enough they might let you run around in a bobcat or a backhoe. If you don't fuck that up they'll let you move to bigger machines. It's not the same at every company. The mostly don't want a retard at the sticks.
