What am I in for?

Buying an ad.

A mildly disconcerting transportation experience

I feel like there's not enough lidar scanning equipment, but if there is, then I feel like its not bulky enough and doesn't stick out far enough. Maybe of they can glue more shit all over it, and see if that helps
>>
>>28924636
Its more expensive than some jeet uber, so I dont understand the appeal besides the zero chance you will be raped by the driver
>>
You probably have to get an account tied to a credit card tied to your name and they probably have cameras covering the interior. You can't even smoke weed in there.
>>
>>28924636
They have these all over where I am rn they drive surprisingly human
>>
>>28924636
a novelty uber ride
>>
>>28924636
Took one of these a few months ago, it was an option on Uber and I was very drunk. Drove perfectly normal except a brief unexplained hesitation coming out of a right turn. Only other thing I remember is wondering why it was a jaguar of all makes and concluding that this technology has indeed arrived, but only in an urban taxi context. Overall it was very quiet and relaxing.

why aren't people stealing stuff off these cars? not to get all Jamal on you but isn't there valuable stuff to be pilfered from these things? who would stop you? there's no one there.

finna get me some new rims.
>>
>>28924824
They have super high definition scanning equipment looking at all angles of the car
>>
>>28924832
and me and the boys wearing hoodies with chin diapers or shiestys will obliterate these faggot cars

total robot death, honestly. i hope people start targeting the gay little food robots too. nothing more cyberpunk than smashing a robot's head in.
>>
>>28924844
I guess the game is that you have to jack it up and pilfer the rims before the police show up and shoot you because property is more important than life in this country
and honestly I might agree in the event of some old fuck shotgunning a kid for trying to jack the rims from his town car but not so much on a fuckin waymo
>>
>>28924636
an Indian watches you put your seatbelt on
>>
>>28924636
Why would a testosterone containing human ever want to be seen in one of these? You might as well go ride one of those faggot ass scooters.
>>
>>28924930
Filipino, actually.
The CEO of the company had to admit to congress that their cars are remote piloted by workers in the Philippines and then nothing fucking happened to change that.
>>
Anyone got the clip of that Waymo driving through an active police stand off?
>>
>puts duct tape over all the cameras
if people arent already doing this they should start

sybau kid

I just saw one of these in my neighborhood this morning while I was walking my dog. It was being driven by a human. It's in the northern neighborhoods already as a service. I could see myself using it. For instance, I'm going to the intuit dome in inglewood next month for the netflix mma card.

Amerisharts will do anything but build trains.
>>
>>28924671
women would rather have a self driving car than be around uber drivers
>>
>>28926249
Trains don't work in North America. The population density is way too low. Don't you queers still chain your freight trains toghether?
>>
>>28926249
Train lines here were primarily for coal and cargo when they were built and only started serving passengers later on. Big Coach Maker (aka GM) killed the street car and train with the bus and then GM killed the bus with passenger cars.
>>
>>28926344
Dont give me this shit bro. First of all that is simply not true. Our existing cities have plenty of population to go around.
Secondly, they simply do not put any thought or foresight into how new land is zoned and developed, let alone road planning and public transportation. It is insane how inefficient it is. I live in Florida where suburban hell is creeping in to places that were previously cattle land. You drive on US-19 and tell me that we couldn't use trains.
