iirc the Expressway tolls will measure your average speed over distance so racing is a great way to find the police at your door in the morning
>>28931671Japan's highways are pretty heavily policed nowadays. Speed cameras everywhere and even ones that measure the time you were last clocked to tell if you're racing. Japan cracked down very hard on street shenanigans but on the plus side race tracks are also a lot more accessable over there due to the relatively small size of the country's land mass.
