Usually this just means the 12V battery is toast. It doesn't mean all systems are malfunctioning. This can happen to literally any car.
>>
>>28934510
This, how would several systems simultaneously fail. Its obviously an electrical issue.

My fiances 25 Santa Fe hasnt had a single issue, i love it.

You mean to tell me your barely off the dealership lot vehicle hasn't had any problems? Amazing! It must be the pinnacle of finely engineered motoring.
>>
They didn't really explain it but the issue here was
a) Kia not really explaining why it took 2 months to resolve
b) them not explaining if Kia was communicative during the process or if it was one of those, oops your car disappears for a while and we don't say why situation.

Apparently the ABS module was faulty and needed to be replaced.

I have a used Kia with 80k miles (newish) and it hasn't really had issues other than those it came with and should have been resolved before it was sold to me but wasn't (wipers replaced, transmission and other fluids replaced, differential replacement, brake pads and rotors replaced)

the only time it has "fucked up" is when you try to use cruise control in a blizzard

I think their main issue was how the service person at Kia was inept and was mad at them for not making a reservation and was presumably non-communicative throughout the repair process (although they were slim on details), although apparently this changed once they realized it was a vehicle lent out to journalists and they suddenly got a nice new loaner car.

I dont think this is a common issue anymore because sensors are now on the same circuit in sequence. One unlucky sensor can light your dash up like that

Hey jackass the thread is in the context of new korean cars and the OP image is under 300 miles.

So which is it? Kias are prone to be lemons of the lot OR we havent driven ours enough for it be an issue yet?
>>

Both retarded Kia buyer.

Kia's are fine. did you yanks just get them?

Why not both?
You'd think they are really good at swapping out ABS modules after all those fire related recalls on that one part.
>>
I'd certainly go and try a new Kia Picanto if I wanted a brand new car. Cheapest car I can get in manual.
