I always pumped by price, not litres. Put £10 in if I'm about to go for an extended drive, £20 if it's near empty and £25+ if I intend to have my foot down on the motorway for over an hour. Only ever pump to the top if I'm leaving town for a bit.

i use 1 tank of gas per week and my civic has a 45 litre tank. a full tank of gas is like $70 right now. a 20% increase is like $15, less than what i spend if i get take-out for lunch if an extra $20 a week is making or breaking your finances, you got other problems. if it's more than $20 (because you drive a lot or have a bigger/faster car), that's your fault
The people complaining must be in dire straights anyway.I worked out for the 99 ron fuel my car needs I'm roughly £6.80 worse off per tank, which just about buys you a medium big mac meal.Most of you fat cunts could do with going without anyway
