GrandAmfag here. Despite what I was told, the c7 brakes on the car have been amazing. Just based on car weight, the car will out-stop a c7. I have discovered that making a car decelerate has been almost more fun than making a car accelerate.

Question is, when I really stand on the brakes, like 80%+, the ABS kicks in and goes nuts. Aside of pulling the fuse for ABS and killing it, any ideas to lie to it and make it less aggressive?

You could get an adjustable brake proportioning valve or whatever it's called. Most stock cars have the brake bias set extremely far forward for stability.
