Should I drive like this? The bump stop circled in red is supposed to be at the green arrow. I just replaced both rear shocks on my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport and noticed the left bump stop fell out or is destroyed. Or does it not matter that much if a bump stop is destroyed?

Depends.
If fiat designed the bump stop to engage under hard cornering, you absolutely want to replace it.
If they put those bumps stops there to avoid tire smashing after you hit a pothole at 70mph, it's a lot less important.

Can't imagine they are expensive.
But I only deal with US and Jap cars.

It's OK to drive without them if you're careful, in normal driving you should never contact them. You should put new ones in as soon as you have the time though.

I once almost spent thousands replaing a motor that developed a terrible knock. Thankfully I got a second opinion at a place that just did the oil pan. Turns out the bump stops rusted all the way off on both sides and when I hit a big bump the axle dented it. The shop that did the pan didn't tell me that part, I figured it out when it happened the second time. Also figured out how to diy an oil pan lol.

Are you retarded?
You drive a fiat 500 so I'll try to put it into terms that you might understand better.

The bump stop limits compression, so the red dildo should only be teasing the rim of the green asshole when the suspension is maximally compressed.
Your picture looks maximally extended (droop) so of course the dildo is not supposed to be at the anal opening. Is this making sense to you now?
Just dont go through potholes and if it starts making noise or breaks off then replace it, it's just one screw up the center but you prob have to take some other shit loose to get to it.
