My whole life, I'd have taken public transportation, because I am poor.This month, I finally bought my first car, for a mere 2000€. And though it costs 500€ a month in insurance, taxes, gas and parking, this new sense of freedom is unparalleled. I'm no longer shackled to the subway line. Going to work takes 20 minutes instead of 75 minutes. I can go... anywhere I want. It also feels like I have a second home now, that I can take to any place I desire. I love having a car.With a car, you can go anywhere you want.
