I'm dealing with it right now, on a 6 month old brand new 2025 vehicle. I hardwired in front/rear dashcam and caught the plates of a Chrysler that parked stupidly close at Denny's and some native chug in a mohawk came out.

I started the claim with his plates and have went to the police to get Denny's camera footage. The man that hit my car isn't even responding to the insurance company and they said I automatically win in 10 days if he doesn't respond.
