All I ever wanted is a small affordable long range electric car and the EV3 is finally coming this fall in Canada (would have preferred the EV2 tho) but I keep reading about how all Hyundai/Kia electric platforms still have ICCU failures bricking the car. Is it that common? Will all of their cars experience a failure during their lifetime or is it just a few lemons? Sucks to be a small car fan in north america...
>>28942611afaik the failure rate is pretty low but if you get a car where it does fail, they take forever to fix anything and it can fail again.
>>28942627It feels like they are all ticking time bombs and all will eventually fail which sucks so damn much it's the perfect form factor 99% of my driving is less than 20km
