Why don't more people get a small secondary vehicle like a scooter? So many people use their car just to drive only themselves a few miles down the road and sit in bu.per to bumper traffic every morning/evening. But if you suggest to some people complaining about traffic to get a scooter they look at you like you just slapped their mother. Do they prefer to sit in traffic? Why is there such a stigma against scooters?
