whats the diffrence between a lexus LC, RC F, GS F, IS and ES?
I want to get a used Lexus sedan with a V8 and a cd player with back seats that can go really fast fast and is reliable and won't break down all the time like an american muscle care does like a camaro or a mustang
>>
LC Luxury coupe
RC radical coupe
GS grand sedan
IS intelligent sport
ES executive sedan

that's nice and all but... what does it mean?
>>
>>28951027
It means if you want a used lexus sedan with a v8 of recent years youre looking at the GSF and the ISF and the IS 500
>>
No one cares

>>28951027
RC is basically a coupe version of the is and slightly heavier
The is their smaller, semi-sporty luxury sedan
The es is a bigger, not at all sporty fwd sedan
The gs is more es sized but the gs f is more like the is in terms of sportiness(also rwd)
Lc, idk, an expensive expensive coupe

If you want a sedan that strikes out the RC and LC
I don't think the es ever came with a v8
Technically, you didn't mention it, but the Lexus ls460 was a big luxury v8, but I know the ones circa 2010 have some expensive repairs (I think suspension related). Realistically it would come down to the is or gs; smaller and sportier vs larger and more comfortable. The GS with a v8 will likely be harder to find

Use wikipedia, you fucking retard.

LC
RCF
GSF
ISF
ES
Ignoring the ES, they are all basically the same car with slight differences.
Even the suspensions are basically identical.
ES is a FWD eco cruiser.

>RC is basically a coupe version of the is
I think it's actually a coupe version of the GS I do t remember the is sharing chassis stuff with the rc.
>>
>>28951134
Oh, my bad
>>
>>28950993
they are all pretty slow by modern standards and terrible track cars. The only decent track one is the rcf carbon or whatever but its overpriced and still gets mogged by a base g80
>>
>>28951230
OP isn't asking for a track car.
He wants a V8 cruiser that's reliable.
A ISF or is500 fits that bill.
>g80
He said a reliable V8 car not a shitty Gook v6.
>>
>>28950993
IS500 is the main option. the -F series cars have more aggressive suspension and driving dynamics, at least by Lexus standards. Maybe the GS-F if you can find a good one.
>>
>>28951027
It means they all slow
>>
>>28951134
RC is an unholy amalgamation of is and gs, and should never have seen the light of day. it could have been salvaged as a convertible but they couldn't drag either chassis into submission
>>
>>28950993
>LS
full size car
>GS
mid size car
>IS
small car
>ES
camry/avalon with leather seats
>>
> I want a big fast reliable car that is sporty
bro how about you pick what you want
>>
the ugliest front in the industry.
absolutely disgusting
>>
>>28951846
g80 is a bmw dipshit
>>
>>28951895
mustang meets all of those desu
>>
>>28951963
Like he said, shitty gook v6 (auto only, plastic)
>>
>>28951963
A shitty unreliable plastic i6 then.
Glad we cleared that up
