why doesn't the 918 spider ever get mentioned on here? sure it doesn't have a v10 and a manual like the carrera gt, it's still an exceptional car.

The genius of the Carrera GT is that it's unlike any other Porsche, and in that way it feels truly exotic. The 918 on the other hand seems like a big Cayman with a 911 rear tacked on. It's also too Volkswagen; simultaneously too bland and too tryhard.
