i've only ever watched a few of his videos but it seems like every other thumbnail of his is about how he's perpetually just one car wizard invoice away from living in a box under a highway. he's been doing this regularly for over 10 years and gets a lot of views and seems to have a nice house and set of cars so is he just straight up lying as part of a schtick or what?
>>28953086Before his divorce he was living in some $1.4mil house in kansas, was considering buying some $800k distressed commercial property just to park his cars in. He then rented a barn, and another building to park cars in. Divorce happens, she lives a life of luxury after squatting out a few kids, -50% wealth and income for a few years. He inherited a few dozen Freddy's locations from his grand parents. If youtube didn't exist he's still pulling in a solid $500k/year for just being born. At his peak he was making 2-3 videos for each shitbox bought, repaired, then commented on. Each video was bringing him probably $10-15k depending on the car and what he did with it. I haven't watched his vids in a while because they're identical, but considering he'd spend $10-15k on a car, another $10k fixing it, then selling basically what he paid for it all, while neglecting the $30-50k that came in from youtube. No, he has more net worth and income than 99% of the country. This isn't an 'eat the rich' post. Its a post outlining how dumb you are for thinking a guy with millions of dollars of cars is "on the brink of bankruptcy".
>>28953086He plays it up for views, it's a part of the character. He takes a loss on a lot of the cars (or at least he would if not for the youtube income) but he still keeps a collection of legitimately valuable stuff he can liquidate when he needs to, like in this video
>>28953086He does seem to be from money, but I do believe his business book is balanced. High income and high costs. One can only guess, but all the rolexes and expensive cars, boats, hangars do make it seem like there's something there. Maybe he opens up in the Graham Stephan podcast but I haven't watched it.
>>28953086>Its a post outlining how dumb you are for thinking a guy with millions of dollars of cars is "on the brink of bankruptcy".op here, my guess was that he was maximally leveraged and all of his apparent assets belong to lenders and his youtube revenue only helps keep his head above water. hope this helps
>>28953137you think they'd hand out loans to a youtuber so he can buy busted luxury cars at auctions and sell them at a loss?
>>28953137He likely does have incredible amounts of debt. Building a house on short notice after a divorce is sign #1. He did sell like a dozen or so cars during that time, but that doesn't cover a million dollar house to an ex wife, 3 kids, and building a new house. He pulls in enough money I'm sure it was a $1.5mil loan on top of the airplane hangar he was renting for his cars and a place to live/shoot videos. Just because someone has $2mil of debt doesn't mean he's nearly broke. Even if he had $5mil of debt, he's just fine. He probably has that much in cars, he has so many cars he maintained his dealership license because he was buying and selling so many cars every year that it came out to something like $500k in tax savings alone. Are you really this gullible, OP?
>>28953086it's just an act of course, guys dad is multimillionaire. reason why tyler is so convincing about supposed debt is because he actually has low testosterone (which he said himself) . that is why is he always so lethargic, sad and stressed out
>>28953100Modern marriage is for cuckolds and whores
>>28953100Pretty much this. If he were truly in debt issues, he would've sold off the majority of his collection, whereas currently he has a collection that rivals most car museums.
