the camaro is the ultimate driving machine. nothing handles better, even to this day, this 15 year old platform is the gold standard.

I know its meant to drive excellently but isn't the LE a step above? IK the zl1 still has the supercharged V8 and magnaride but it doesn't have the areo or suspension changes, could probably add that aftermarket though.

you don't need the 1LE package at all for the ZL1. you arguably would only want it for the 4 cylinder and V6 models since they don't even come with summer tires standard. the ZL1 comes with everything you need standard such as the summer tires, big brakes, and magnaride. the 1LE adds spool valve dampers and aero along with really aggressive tires you don't want unless you actually plan on tracking it.

I will definitely track it, I tracked my last cars which were a WRX and Supra.

If you actually plan on tracking it you will definitely appreciate the 1LE on the ZL1. those cars are built to take track abuse. even the regular ZL1 can take some serious track abuse, but the 1LE variant will blow the WRX and Supra you drove out of the water and feel like it belongs there. you won't need anything from the aftermarket.
