The 460 hp "hybrid max" Toyota Land Cruiser is about 120k in USD when sold in Australia (it isn't sold in the US yet), and I think it's based off the Tacoma so it isn't even that big, it's the "prado" smaller version, so that's double insane. Also about a quarter of all cars sold in Australia now are Chinese-made, and with prices like this, it's not hard to see why. Also, reading an old C/D comparo, the BMW 325i with almost no options and manual air conditioning and probably pleather seats cost 50k in 2001 in today's dollars.
Oh wait I guess I'm wrong and this IS Tundra based cuz its the 300 and the 250/Prado/Tacoma is what's sold in America. Still expensive when a loaded Escalade can be had for 120kIt is weird to me Toyota sells so many too-small cars in the USEven the Grand Highlander isn't that big irl.
>>29031967>about 120k in USD when sold in Australia (it isn't sold in the US yet)That's some STUPID levels of money for a not so special vehicle.I'd rather have the 5th Gen Escalade with the LM2 Duramax turbo.
>>29032542They've always been that way. A new LX starts at $110k and you can go up to 150k.The 200 series was $90k and when the 300 series was revealed to be exclusively a twin turbo V6, used prices shot up to over $120k.
>>29031967Fake Landcruiser aka Prado
>>29031967Toyota are a bunch of niggers for not selling the new gen Lexus LX500 Diesel in the US. That's all I wanted to say, thank you.
