>>29061335The PS1 games you can get pretty wide but GT3 and GT4 were pretty narrow, even if you are playing in 16:9. My times improve instantly when I widen that shit. GT4 and 5 you didn't need to mod anything to get the FOV menu. GT3 is the only one that you had to rely on a pnach patch to change some of the memory addresses.

The demo's drift course feels like an attempt to 1:1 recreate NFSU2's long drift course.The game has some microstuttering issues but they're intermittant and I'm not sure what causes them.Some sound effects are kind of crap. Mostly collissions with world objects, but the sound of driving on dirt/gravel is very annoying.Overall I'll keep it on my radar and see how it turns out as a project.
