Paid $5 for this bad boy from a homeless guy. Haro X2.

I deleted the brakes for weight reduction, lubed the chain, removed the rear tire and re adjusted the tube and wiped down the frame. Just rode it 11 miles.

What bike do rich people get? I'm rich now but idk what bike to get, really wanna get a super cub but i don't live in japan so it's dangerous. Like how do you know what bikes to get is there some anime I can watch or like a long running motorcycle review series preferably something like best motoring for cars where it's only Japanese people.

>>
>>29082182
It depends whether that rich person is within the circle or outside of it, what I mean is if they're inside the circle they have no reason to clout chase, they buy purely on their own feels. Those outside the circle trying to find a way in buy whatever is trendy and gets likes on socials, the past few years it was either the BMW or Ducati super liter, recently it's been stunting with a Grom or Z125. My prediction is that supermotos or boomer cruisers will be the next trend

standard practice:
let her sit between you and the tank then take her for a short ride.
it gives girls a weird 'fuzzy feeling' when get physical contact through their back. if shes short enough make sure you rest your chin on her head in a playful way, not a creepy hair sniffing way.

Flirting with lean just a bit still. Should be crispy brown, not oily black (rich) or chalky white (what you have, just a bit).

Do you need to disassemble half the bike for valve clearance check on a VFR?
>>
>>29082937
It's a V engine. You're taking fairings and the tank etc off no matter what. What really sucks on VTEC VFRs is putting the little VTEC valve activation pins into half the buckets, THEN putting the cams back in, making sure it's in time, THEN measuring clearances, then ordering the special VTEC buckets/shims as needed, then taking out the little pins, the putting it all back together with the new shims. It's lengthy.

You are 10 years too slow. Russian oligarch swines bought half of it and that is how chink manufacturers obtained plans for the engines that they managed to copy in their latest sport bikes (I don't remember model names anymore, but it was the one that "won" some championship afaik). Basically scam over a scam.

Then i decided to try and grab a coffee after spering in a parking lot to me myself and God, and also got the same ignored custy service
So i tried calling crappy canadian tire, and theyre just as useful tossing me betweeb 2 clueless women and 3 departments just for my guy to go look at thw product and inform me they only had sae rivnuts in the package
4 trips later and he could not confirm or deny whether m10 rivnuts were present in their own pqckage in the same aisle

I almost guarantee he was looking at rivets and not the rivnuts like i asked

Have you tried other 03-05 r6's, or is it just yours? Usual first thing for any shifting problems is clutch adjustment and rotella (HD or diesel truck) 15w40 oil.

DRZ400, bone stock (not pic related)

i want to be able to carry some shit on the bike. groceries or camping gear or some shit like that. i'm thinking a rear rack is probably the best first thing to get, because i could bungee a bag/tent to it, or put a crate on it or whatever, and it's pretty cheap.
or, i could go with panniers (like the tusk ones) for not that much more.
or, something else.
what do u recommend?
>>
>>29083369
You won't ever regret a rear rack. I eventually upgraded to small panniers as well, but for a long time I just ran a smaller duffel bag on the back for weekend trips.
>>
>>29083369
Panniers might get destroyed depends on the roads you take or if youre doing singletrack
Id go light on the rear rack, spring up your rear shock probably

You have to live near a large enough population center to make it worth it. Make a GOOD profile, not just a low effort bathroom selfie or in-car selfie. Use your wit and charm. If there's connection, focus on getting a coffee date or whatever sooner rather than later, shy ones that just text endlessly are going nowhere. Go for the nonstandard ones, grippy socks = grippy box.

I'm a high functioning autistic robot and cannot help you beyond just telling you to be your best self, being anything other than genuine has a smell. You can emphasize aspects of yourself and downplay others, but don't create a whole fake person. /o/ related skills and hobbies to the front, honestly. If you play videogames, leave it out of the bio. If you're even slightly well read, put books/film etc as interests, art hoes like motorcycles. Because "light trucks" don't have to meet the same emissions requirements and are taxed differently than "passenger cars". Basically the same reason SUVs and crossovers took over the market for full size sedans. It's cheaper to make and sell four-door trucks than a two door ute because of government meddling.
>>
>>29083667
I would just mark it as an interest, don't be a "performative male" with The Fault In Our Stars just tucked into your back pocket, opened to a random page to look artsier than you are. Also go out to bars etc and literally just talk to people. Old people, people your age, men, women. Give them all genuine compliments with no expectation of anything more than conversational practice. Socializing is a trainable skill just like lifting, wrenching, and riding.

man FUCK facegoy. I never want to deal with facegoy again.

>>29083680
Yeah I can get why. What was once a cheap hobby is now expensive as fuck and dealing with resellers on Facegoy is the worst experience imaginable. Not just because you need a gay boomer account with 10000+ posts to not get banned for bot behavior, but because the people who have made 10000+ posts on facegoy aren't the kind of people you would want to do business dealings with. All of them are mentally ill.

So I have a facegoy account or buying and selling. For one it got suspended after messaging a few people for no reason, just suspended and two months later it was restored. For two, it used to have a good selection and now it has a worse selection than fucking Craigslist. Craigslist was the site that was dead-dead just a week or two ago. Every facebook group now is FLOODED with bots. I joined a couple and just got solicitations to sell my bike (I am not selling my 250??). Worse, it seems like they want to encourage this behavior since there is no way to gatekeep a group other than closing it to invites altogether. They just do not care.

I went to two fb meetups for motorcycle riding and of 50 people who signed up, only 8 were not bots. The others were bots who seem to be trying a strategy where they sign up to dozens of groups, RSVP for all of their events, and then message key members to attempt to skim their CC info.

Does he get to ride? Because the first thing any of my friends who rode told me is that the second a woman got involved, they demanded the bike go.
Mind you this was not slampigs on instagram, but people they were genuinely wanting to date. I would be a little weirded out if I dated a girl and she really liked motorcycling because of how rare it is that a woman is even interested in that anymore. All of the biker chicks I know are like ~20 years older.

Even though I knew I had the right time to fix my angle, shit was my first legit scare on a bike.

Buuuuut
Makes me wonder is if i ever did any repair work on panels of vehiclea and sheet metal in the future, this would be a good electric tool to have- granted the metal being worked with is sufficient thickness
I wonder if these things are welded after application in mkre industry settings. I want to keep an eye out for these things now
