In honor of Halloween, and we haven't talked about this guy in like a year, I'd like to get everyone to remember the tragic tale of James Kim, who got cuck-killed by his nagging white wife. They are against any turn that takes you onto a smaller road than you're already on unless the phone is telling you to take that exit. I was driving to Rocky Mountain National park with my girlfriend and my mother, and I took surface streets through Denver because it was rush hour and there was a big slowdown due to road construction on the highway and you'd think I was proposing we drive a convertible through Compton wearing a pound of gold chain, with a sign on the trunk that says :"I Hate Niggers". It took significant pretrip discussions to get them on board with taking the back way to I-90, through Medicine Bow and the Big Horns after we were done at Rocky Mountain, and when it actually came time to take some of the gravel passes on the route I picked, they were not comfortable. They didn't nag me excessively because they trust me and they knew I wasn't going to change my mind anyways, but every time we turned off pavement onto gravel, it took more than a few minutes for them to relax enough to enjoy the scenery. It got better with my girlfriend and enjoying drives like that, and I married her, but she definitely relapsed when we had our first kid. She is not a fan of leaving cell service on gravel if we don't have to. And I don't drive a station wagon, I drive a proper 4x4 truck.IOW, there's not a chance in hell she was telling him that he needed to cross the mountain on dirt, she was probably begging him to turn around and ask a gas station attendant for directions for an hour+ before they got stuck.
