Is this the best area for /out/heads to live?
>>
>>2851307
no
>>
>>2851307
>living in extremely remote areas of Patagonia
no, are you fucking retarded? Unless you enjoy having a terrible quality of life that is entirely centered around survival larp it's awful.
>>
>>2851307
I love hiking in los Andes, but it's true that most of the patagonia is basically a desert, might not be the most interesting landscape to go /out/.

>>2851321
We have cities around there, you know?
>>
>>2851307
I've had dreams of Patagonia for a long time. It's definitely a bucket list destination for me. Flights from Buenos Aires don't seem to bad but maybe it would be better to drive or take a bus instead? I imagine you miss out on a lot of cool shit if you just take a flight and check out Tierra del Fuego
>>
>>2851307
maybe ushuaia, the rest of it is full of tourist and expensive
>>2851321
you are a fucking idiot
>>2851371
> it would be better to drive or take a bus instead?
awful idea, from BA to anywere in patagonia is at least 12 hours travel for desert and seas of grass

Don't listen to these retards
Mountains, cheap land, off grid communities, the gateway to Antarctica, sailing culture, away from all the geopolitical drama. Patagonia is heaven on earth.

No they don't. It's almost entirely remote. Have you looked at a fucking map for once in your life? There is one, maybe two, decent sized towns (TOWN, NO WHERE NEAR CITY SIZE) in Santa Cruz Province and it's along the coast line. If you fucking faggots want to go down an larp as survivalists then go do it and stop posting online pretending otherwise.

i'm confused why you're describing the ideal /out/ region so angrily
>>
>>2851307
I’ve traveled around latin America for years, being a passport bro and let me tell you, Argentine and Chilean women are the absolute worst, horrible whores ever. I’d sooner settle down with a Bolivian injun than one of those putas
>>
>>2851627
Chill out dude, why are you so angry? I'm from Argentina dumb ass, OP didn't say "Is a random place in the middle of the Patagonia the best area for /out/heads to live?", he said Patagonia in general.
If can live comfortable in a city even if your surroundings are unpopulated.

I've hiked around Bariloche, Villa la angostura, el chalten and best of all, Ushuaia
If you like virgin nature and lush non pine cold weather forests with lakes, then yes, few places on earth can match it
Picture it as argentinian alaska

the only way I could ever justify making this trip is if it was a one-way trip, if you know what I'm saying
>>
>>2852007
I make a 2 way trip to argentina from germany to visit my family every year and I work for minimal wage
What are you? Poor?
>>

But that would I give effort and I don't wanna. It's too difficult.

I said JUSTIFY, not AFFORD
The only reason I'd have to spend days traveling there, saving up for the flight, saving up for accommodations, finding and planning the itinerary, and burning that much vacation time is "because I want to"

It’s pretty awesome. I wouldn’t mind living in Futaleufú, Coyhaique, Villa O’Higgins, Calafate, El Chalten, Puerto Mont, Ushuaia, or Punta Arenas. I was thinking I’d try to retire in Chile.
