The inside of the cabin will most likely rot from the bottom up, and will always be moist. No to mention having next to no floor makes it super easy for pests to get in, like nasty bugs, mice or rats, and a breeding ground for bacteria or fungi. (Especially if he does woodchips, which will get moist and damp.)
