Why is it so expensive? It seems overpriced for a trekking pole tent.
>>2864551Because it can be. Pay it, slave. Justify your existence as an economic unit by engaging in commercial activity. Are you happy? Your life is now completed.
Big Anus is overpriced. Its good quality but $550 is a retarded price to pay for a fucking tent.Edit: I just saw it doesn't even include poles lmao.
>>2864551That's like, a real bummer man, I had to shill $13 for this hammock so I know your pain
>>2864551It's probably a very lightweight tent made of Dyneema. That, and because they know people will pay that much
>>2864551>1.5 person (need to cut your partner in half)>needs 3 trekkingpoles>550 fiat dollarinos>color: asphalt
>>2864564I don't it is though.
>>2864566Don't forget the mint leaf.
>>2864566it's only common sense that a 0.5 person would only have 1 trekking pole.
>>2864566It only needs two poles. But if you knew about trekking pole tents you would know that.
>>2864551looks like shit you can get a dyneema tent for that price get the xmid 2 if you want one that size that isnt dyneema or some cheapo lanshan 2
>>2864551For that price and specs people might as well get an X-Mid 2.
>>2864634Good point.
>>2864551>ackshually if you dont include the weight of the 100% required trekking poles, its super light!!i refuse to fall for it
>>2864925Eh, more like you can carry a trekking pole that is also a ten pole. Dual use item. Makes a difference. Even with a regular tent if you have two people to split up some gear you can feel the difference so your gonna do the trekking pole it makes good sense. The real problem here is 1.5 person tent, 3 trekking poles shown. Can you use a stick, yes but at least toss in a carbon fiber pole for that much money.
>>2864561Obviously a backpacking tent is not for people who sleep next to their car.
>>2864551its not expensive. im gonna assume that many of you are young, students or in your first job. but really 500 for a tent is nothing once you are established. and here is the hard reality, if you can afford to pay this now, then you probably wont have to pay for a tent ever again. buy a cheap tent and you might have to replace it every year. so whats cheaper?
>>2864947>if you have two people to split up some gearfuck off normie
>>2864982>15d>big anusim good yuppie
>>2864551no one, and i mean no one, needs a $500 tent
>>2864996I have a $800 tent.
>>2864988wtf did you mean?>>2864996i didnt need it but i paid 1300€ for a tent and it has served me quite well, my nephew and his gf has used it, a friend used it, know i will never have to buy a tent ever again. its been along for 6years now. thats 6 years of not buying a shitty 100€ tent and not getting frustrated that it breaks when i need it the most.
>>2865021you are a euro so just go in your little hut and leave us alone dude
>>2865021euros don't do any real camping
