You find yourself trapped in a foreign country for 6 months.Due to some unfortunate disaster - you can only spend this time with either a 15mm lens or a 200mm lens. Which way are you going? Also ITT: Post Extra wide and extra long shots.

15
>>4473510200mm (on APS-C)
>>4473510Lmao this happened to a friend's cousin in Vietnam during Covid. He actually had some canon with a 24mm prime on it and ended up getting like a few thousand photos with it. All terrible snapshits though.I'd go with extra wide though. I'm more likely to seek out cool landscapes and architecture than birds or macro fwiw.
i assume 15mm has stupid lens distortion so id do the 200 and just shoot shit from far away28mm or 35mm would be ideal
>>447351015 no question. Even if it's a fisheye, but rectilinear would be my preference.
>>4477136You can get rectilinear 15mm lenses
>>4477221Yeah zeiss makes a really good one, but it's fairly big.
>>4477224Yeah also good, but if im going for a zoom i'd go for the tokina 16-28, its sharper and cheaper, lower distortion, better edges and chromabs
