I have been passionate about street photography for many years, but I’ve always been a bit shy. Now I’ve been working on being more approachable as I’m taking photos, and this is what I’ve been working on so far:1: I have been working on smiling with both my eyes and my mouth. I don’t have a mirror at home, and it’s been hard practicing in public bathrooms, but I have made some serious progress so far. 2: I have started using a hat. It’s more stylish and I think the women will find it stylish as well. I have severe acne on my scalp, and I find it that wool stops it from oozing through. 3: I am working on losing weight. I have lost 2.7kg the past 8 months. It’s a slow grind but I’m on a steady course. 4: I have been practicing conversations. Mostly with my grandmother. She can’t respond, but I can see it in her eyes that she is captivated when I speak. 5: I have been thinking about getting a strap system so I can bring with me more lenses, and I think it would look more professional if I have them on display and not just in a backpack. That’s pretty much it. I don’t have much money and I’m working with what I have. What more should I focus on? Do any of you have and tips?
>>4474178Posting on a chatgpt thread
>>4474180I have asked chat gpt, but I can’t afford the sub and I’m not getting consistent answers.
>I don't have much money>*has camera and multiple lenses*Whatever you say, anon.Assuming picrel is you, lower your eyelids so you don't jumpscare people. If you can afford a camera and multiple lenses, you can afford a shitty handheld mirror from a thrift store
>>4474182I should have made myself clear. I don’t have money for much functioning equipment. I have a bunch of old camera gear, but the lenses are full of mold and the cameras are very old and not functioning. I only have a main camera with 3 lenses. Like close my eyes?
>>4474178I have extremely good advice for you, but you must post 3 photographs you have taken first.
>>4474178You need a t-shirt that reads "I am not a threat". This informs people that they have nothing to worry about when you approach since you are not a threat.
>>4474185I found some I’m very happy with. My favourites involve people, but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post them without them condensing. But I have some really nice ones anyways. This first one isn’t the best quality, but the subject is what makes it special
>>4474185Here is one I took while walking along the beach.
>>4474185I walked along the road and saw the airport in the background. I really like this one.
>>4474192>>4474190>>4474189No. Street photography pictures.
>>4474185I saw a car that had just crashed into my electric scooter. The people inside were not friendly at all, and I had to run away because of how unfriendly they were. So this photo bring lots of bad memories.
>>4474194Ah. Here is a street picture I took when getting dinner. Always makes me so hungry to look at this.
>>4474194And this one is pretty nice to look at, but a bit boring.
>>4474178>What more should I focus on?People.>Do any of you have and tips?Yes.
>>4474194And this gives off artistic vibes. Something mystical about it. Like a dream.
>>4474186That’s a good idea. Then people see that I have a sense of humor. I know I can look like an alpha type biker dude, but I’m really nice, so that could be a nice ice breaker. I don’t even have to say a word. I can just point to my short and give a big smile. So the shirt would basically do everything for me>>4474199I want to focus more on people, but how do I get them to pose for me?
>>4474198>>4474200>literal photos of streetBlyatBoris, it is vlad doing the post. perhaps the camera is not yet for you
>>4474178least creepy street photog
>>4474203If you don’t like it, then I’m happy to hear what I can do to improve. >>4474205Thank you :) I’m always a bit worry to come off as creepy because I shave off my eyebrows (only way to not get acne in the area)I have considered to draw them on, but I’m not confident enough. What if it looks off
>>4474200>>4474198>>4474197So youve never taken a picture of a stranger before?
>>4474210I have taken many pictures of strangers, but none of them want to sign release agreements when I approach them after taking the photos.
>>4474210And I would like for them to pose for me and maybe I can find one that unloved and that loves me. But that’s just a dream I guess. I have seen so many photographers just taking pictures of beautiful women, and then the women think they are handsome and talented and they come home with them. I just don’t want to get in trouble with the police like I did last time.
>>4474180First reply already pointed it out, but you retards don't want to understand. This is a fake thread, generated by some bored troll with the help of chatgpt. It's pretty low bait too. Not very well thought out. Pictures of streets... Yeah, right.
>>4474213I’m sorry. Did I do something wrong here?
This one is already hanging on my grandmothers wall. She loves this one.
>>>/fit/76716166As I said: just a bored, attention starved faggot. Off yourself. It's for the better.
>>4474226I’m sorry, I was very happy with my selfie today. If you got any tips for my self improvement, I would love to see it.
>>4474214Nope, adolescent trolling and bait is the norm on /p/
>>4474226Another one >>>/fa/18560857
>>4474180Is the AI in the thread with us now, cANON?
>>4474276It touched me on my special place
>>4474226>>4474260I think it's pretty funny, personally.
Back in my day, trolls used to have higher standards and bait needed to be much more subtle to hook anyone. How far have this board fallen..Posting a pic to not be a fag.
