Diffraction is a hard physical fact related to the size of the lens aperture and the size of the pixel aperture. All 20mp m43 cameras begin experiencing noticeable diffraction blur at f5.6. 24mp FF at f11. It is impossible to circumvent.

It is physically impossible for a large sensor to read out an image as fast as a small one given the same level of tech.
