Does it have a flash?I'd expect a10+ year old canonikon hobbyist dlsr kit on a tripod or beanbag can take a properly exposed (but likely sucky) photo of a stationary subject almost anywhere in a major city from light pollution alone - with up to 30s or so exposure time and possibly horribly noisy ISO.
