Hello /p/ I've been lurking for years and have been taking snapshits/gradually improving over time. I got some practice on my dad's Canon cameras (one digital, one film). I only have my phone camera, a go pro (hero 12?), and an ilford sprite 35mm film camera. Most of my film rolls were shot on my dad's canon film camera though. I think it's time I bite the bullet and buy a full frame (maybe mirrorless). I'm pretty sure I want to go with digital, even though film is fun.Any recommendations? I can give more info if needed. My film shots are different from my usual shots on my phone, I have a pretty varied subject/frame honestly.

You mentioned mirrorless twice, are you looking for something specific that only newer bodies offer? Like IBIS = sensor stabilisation, or higher resolution sensors, or better low light performance?

The only reason I mentioned mirrorless is because it's newer tech, so the lenses I buy for mirrorless will be useful for longer (I know you can use DSLR lenses on mirroess with an adapter, so maybe this is a moot point)
