I want to get back into shooting film. How's the film and film camera market looking since 5 years ago?

It's been in the back of my mind for the better part of a decade, but I've never pulled the trigger on buying it. I have an Agat 18k, but I don't consider it to be working since it's only questionably reliable.

Respooled Vision3 AHU and Aerocolor rolls are widely available for less than colorplus, there's NC500, Phoenix/II, and Opticolour 200 (NC200), which is my favourite, it actually has decent latitude and nice tones. Idk what year it was anymore, but I distinctly remember a time when it felt like shooting film was well and trvly joever, Fuji checked out, Kodak killed E100, and there was basically nothing out there besides ultramax, colorplus, ektar, and portra.I'm glad you made this thread, anon, because it made me realise how good we have it compared for a few years ago.
