Farmers are protective over their farm ground, to the point of zoning new construction for a single residence must have a minimum of 40 acres, with no possibility of chopping it up for additional houses. This keeps developers at bay, and generally is a good thing. However it created a demand for existing, grandfathered homes with less acreage like mine. Kikes stepped in with predatory lending practices and exploited this demand, fully taking advantage of anyone trying to buy.

My house is older and run down with some issues but has been decently maintained
After the cost of the land, building pad and utilities the house was close to, if not, free so even as a complete teardown it might have been worth what i paid for it
