Migration: stricter control of immigration from China and India, blacklisting of existing students and workers on temporary visas, with the expectation of their leaving voluntarily unless they've definitely flipped. Encouragement of migration within the Schengen Area, periphery nations like Ukraine and the Balkans included (Chinese influence in the balkans will cause political tension and possible civil commotion with nationalistic, i.e., ChInRu-backed, parties conflicting with Western-funded parties).
4. Eugenics: pressure to improve physical health for military reserve, budget, and fertility rate purposes.
