The Holocaust happened regardless of if it was always planned that way. The Nazis put useful ones to work. The war being mismanaged leading to problems in the camp is the Nazis' problem. They are culpable. Why did Hitler declare war on the Americans? 1933 agreements don't mean shit 8+ years later.
