TLDR based people in the field say BPD doesn’t exist and it’s just women with narcissistic personality disorder: The whole BPD thing was a way to give women a nicer label for being a narcissist which they are more likely to accept as it plays into their victim narrative.BPD and narcissists are exactly the same both do same manipulations and same devaluing of partners etcBoth caused by environments where kid has a lack of control.

There is no dark clouds, no thunder, no indication at all it is going to happen. You essentially live in a very painful reality you have zero control over in order to change it. You will see the world as very cruel, nonsensical (no rhyme or reason as to when or where it will cause you severe pain). You will look very bizarre to normal people dodging around with a football helmet on, never wanting to leave the house, hating life etc.
