Those Sturmwaffel are fucking great, for sure. I looked into making them. It's a massive pain the arse and needs a specialist machine and a very particular filling. Making them is fiddly as fuck and has you slicing a thin as waffle in center half with a knife. Fuck. Amazing as a lid for a mug of coffee though letting the stroop caramel filling soften slightly. It's killer.
