It feels really inorganic, honestly. We already know that Russia and China run troll farms to corrupt American discourse, and that their biggest goal isn't to accomplish anything but chaos. Our insipid racial animus has always been our biggest faultline. I'm not conspiracybrained enough to think that Russia or China killed Iryna, but... are they taking advantage of it at a crucial point in geopolitics? They very well may be.
