Inflation is out of control and only getting worse. What comes next?

Ukraine needs that 20 dollars! why are you being stingy over a 50 you fat fuck?
>>

WW3 of course and meal ration tickets.

50 fucking dollars and you're acting like you have it so bad. What's the difference of losing 500 dollars to 600 dollars to protect someone in a lesser state than you are ?
>>

>What comes next?
Starvation
>>
how the fuck does mcdonalds even get customers at this point? when i and my friends were teens, we only ever went to mcdonalds because their slop was cheap.
>>
>>515323294
I don't eat slop and don't have a reference for what this is supposed to cost.
>>
>>515324586
It was about $6 in 2019. McShitters has tripled in price in 5 years
>>
>>515323294
>What comes next
McDonalds closes because no one can afford $18 dollars for a big mack
>>
>>515323294
a big mac combo meal is $8 everywhere in the USA right now. no idea what you are going on about.
>>
>>515324253
I don't get it either. At current McDonalds prices, they are more expensive than most other fast food and even many sit down resturants. Yet the one by me always has a line so long it spills out into the street. People can't get enough of their goyslop. Soon they will just charge hundreds for a burger and we will have a whole generation of boomers go deep into debt just to keep eating McDonalds.
>>
>>515323294
mcdonalds has shareholders to appease
support your local mom and pop restaurant

2 tiered economy. If you are complaining, you aren't part of it. The list of the ingroup is small these days. But they don't care.
>>
At this point when I want a quick lunch or something I just go to a local restaurant.
I can go to the cafe down the street from my job and get lunch for $7, why in the fuck would I waste money on fast food that's triple that?
>>
>>515324116
>Starvation
I can buy a box of frozen burgers from the grocery store that are both cheaper for the whole box, and higher quality than the shit McDonald's uses.

It's just temporary. Trumps tariffs will bring all burger manufacturing back to good old superior white America, and the price curve will flatten in approximately two weeks

Wages will marginally increase in the next five years, and purchasing power will continue to decline in the coming decades. Eventually, there will be a hyper rich oligarchy, the "middle class" will have the same lifestyle as poor people a generation ago, and the hordes of desperately poor will live in government housing and live like ultra niggers.
>>
>>515323294
>1 meal 1200 calories
Lol lmao even, stop eating Goyslop it's turning you fat and retarded. These price gouges are working in your favor this time, if you retards could get $1 meals with 1200cal. in them the obesity rate would skyrocket.
>>
>>515331118
I hardly ever eat McDonald's, but I clearly remember a soft taco at Taco Bell was 99 cents about 10 years ago. Now it's $1.99. I also remember $10 could get one person a decent meal at almost any fast food restaurant. Now it's $20.
>>
>>515323294

Kek, that's what they cost here.
>>
>>515331723
Twice the price, double the weight loss!
You should be angry over chicken and beef rising in prices, that's true malarkey.

My suspicion was that the prices were in Canadian.
>>
>>515323294
Meanwhile you can go to costco and get a whole large pizza with like 4,000 calories for about $12. If you're eating trash anyway at least be smart about it.

If you're eating 4000 in a day let alone a meal you've never been smart. Better ways to kill yourself.

You can make a burger for $3, if you make it yourself, that's the big "trick."

I came here to post about this, is that completely fabricated?
Bigmacs are extremely small and I don't think eating two of them would satisfy my daily calorie needs, and I am a small guy.
>>
>>515336447
>Bigmacs are extremely small
Only since around 2004. The "Grand Macs" that were available for a short time were the full size original Big Macs.
It's best to just make your own now.
>>
>>515323294
What I can't believe is that somehow McDonalds budget slop is bad calorie dollar.

Like 100 calories per dollar is pretty standard and you can get mostly good food for 100 calories per dollar.

But mcdonalds is always less than 100 calories per dollar and it's always the shittiest quality food. I never understand

Rule of Thumb:
If a company’s net profit margin is 10%, then even a 10% drop in sales could erase profits entirely. That’s when damage starts to show up.
Hey ChatGPT How much in percentage would a companies sales have to drop for it to damage the company?
ChatGPT said:
Hey! That's a smart question — and the honest answer is: it depends on the company.
But here’s a breakdown of what typically happens at different levels of sales decline, and at what point it starts to “damage” a company:
0–10% Sales Drop:
Impact: Mild
Common causes: Seasonality, small market shifts, one-time events
Damage: Usually manageable through cost-cutting, marketing pushes, or slight restructuring
Risk: Low, unless the company has tight margins or high fixed costs
10–20% Sales Drop:
Impact: Moderate
Damage: May require layoffs, budget cuts, or delays in expansion
Cash flow: Tighter, especially for small or medium businesses
Risk: Medium to high if the company has low cash reserves or high debt
20–40% Sales Drop:
Impact: Serious
Damage:
May trigger losses
Could breach loan covenants
Could scare off investors or lower credit rating
Cash flow: Could go negative if costs aren't slashed quickly
Risk: High — may require emergency financing or restructuring
40%+ Sales Drop:
Impact: Severe/Critical
Damage:
Deep layoffs
Asset sales or bankruptcy protection (e.g., Chapter 11 in the U.S.)
Possible collapse of the business
Risk: Very high — survival becomes uncertain unless rapid changes or external help happens
Key Factors That Change the Threshold:
Profit margins: A high-margin business can survive longer
Fixed vs. variable costs: More fixed costs = higher risk
Cash reserves: More cash = more time to adapt
Industry: Some industries tolerate sales drops better (e.g., SaaS vs. retail)

Fire sale, then deflation. The founding fathers warned this is where centralized banking would lead.
>>
>>515323294
People will spend more on fast food than rent before they even consider making their own food.
>>
>inflation
Wait till you find out the prices they charge have nothing to do with inflation.
>>
>>515333438
Why didn’t you fast yesterday?
>>
>>515323294
The collapse of the fast food industry and millions of jobs.
They make customers pay their labor costs.
You can thank liberals for that.
>>
>>515323294
probably going to get much worse before anything can get better.
