China has a new tech whereby they can take an accurate scan of everything in a building including what's inside the computers that are inside that building. Worse(best?) yet, they can remotely change the state of those computers. They can add 5 million new random entries into the list of American citizens complete with fingerprints and iris scans. Info can be inserted in such a way that you cannot remove it later without causing massive clusterfuck. The names can be picked from random Latin American countries. Then when Jose Rodriguez shows up at the border with a Mexican passport all his data will match what's in the system. Yall would have to let him in.
