Maybe if they start dying in large numbers, then it will be a deterrent for future addicts.

Personally, I say only help overdose cases in rich neighborhoods, because those are probably people that make good money and contributed to society, but just got carried away with a good time. If it's a poor person, they probably have nothing to live for and will just fucking OD again.
