There are legitimately people with such extreme mental illness that they could kill you for no other reason than they were out of their right state of mind at the time. These people will either be so completely insane and detached from reality that you will never get anything coherent out of them, or they will have periods of lucidity during which time they will most likely show extreme regret and be devastated if they caused anyone harm during their episodes.This nigger is clearly mentally deranged, but he's also a heartless nigger like most niggers, even many of the non-violent ones.
