Impersonating or claiming to be a federal agent or a federal employee is a crime to my knowledge. Just bear that in mind when you larp. With that out of the way, I agree with your assessment. It was premeditated, professional, or at the very least, the assassin had training in firearms and the use of them. Charlie didn't deserve to go out like that though. I hated the guys politics and he always came off as an arrogant ass in what debates of his I did listen to. But at the very least, I never got the vibe that he didn't believe in what he was saying.
