I've watched that video a million times now. He 100% was wearing a bullet proof vest, and the guys behind him were signalling the shooter. The goal was to stage a "trans" shooter hitting him in the vest; not only would Charlie miraculously survive, the GOP would use the false flag as yet another "grievance" to cry about.But irl things don't always go as planned. The bullet bounced off the vest and hit him in the neck fatally. Now, they can't bring the real shooter in because there wasn't even supposed to be a body. This was supposed to be attempted murder to be framed on some tranny, not actual murder.
